Nicole Carstensen's professional career has always been centered around people. Prior to real estate, she was a corporate human resources business partner traveling throughout New England, managing over 9,000 employees and $1.2 billion in revenue. Armed with those business fundamentals and people skills, Nicole naturally transitioned to real estate in 2018.

Beginning her real estate career with Sotheby's International Realty® in Rhode Island, Nicole built a strong referral network as she assisted customers up and down the East Coast and across the country. Today, she services customers in the Naples area as well as a partner with the Vanderbilt office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty.

With strong connections to the yachting world, Nicole is well-versed in waterfront real estate. Her family has resided in Southwest Florida since the 1950s. Nicole has grown up on Florida's beaches and enjoying golf in some of the best destinations in the Naples area, which she enjoys sharing with customers as they search for their happy place.

Her attention to detail and exceptional customer service has led to Nicole consistently receiving professional awards, ranking in the top 1% of REALTORS® nationwide, and being recognized as one of America's Best Real Estate Professionals by RealTrends. Her extensive background in selling, coaching, and teaching empowered her to gain strong negotiating skills for her customers. Additionally, her college degree in interior design provides Nicole with the background to assist customers with new construction, remodeling homes, and staging during the selling process.

Nicole brings her signature positive energy and engagement to every interaction. She wants her buyers to experience the lifestyle a home allows them to have, and she is the guide ensuring they have the best experience along the way.

When she's not working with buyers and sellers, Nicole enjoys interior design, boating, playing golf, traveling internationally, practicing yoga, sampling unique food, and learning new languages. She is a supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and local food banks.

Nicole is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® as well as the Kent Washington Association of REALTORS® in Rhode Island and is a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
