Born and raised in Southern California, Nicolai was educated through Corona del Mar High School, and he went on to receive his degree in Psychology from the California State University, Long Beach. Ever-rooted with an Orange County focus, Nicolai was for 20 years a local business owner servicing an array of companies in the burgeoning fashion and action sports industry before transitioning into Residential Real Estate in 2009.
