As a Realtor with Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty, Nadia Carron brings an impressive portfolio of preparation within the real estate industry. Nadia began her industry career as an appraisal assistant and learned how to assign value to both residential and commercial properties. She uses that knowledge when working with her sellers to prepare properties to capture the highest possible sales price and to help a buyer estimate a property’s true value.

According to Nadia, her next position as an assistant to a top producer at MTSIR was her most formative experience. “Learning from a top producer gave me experience well beyond my years. I believe that I experienced just about every situation possible within residential real estate and learned how to face challenges and find solutions. I also learned the fine points of working with sellers and buyers, marketing properties, and negotiating strongly but fairly to ensure the best outcome for my clients.”

Purchasing or selling a home is a milestone in people’s lives, one that Nadia views very seriously. “I enjoy being part of the process, but I never forget that I have a responsibility to my clients to see that their interests are protected. I welcome the challenges that selling residential real estate presents – the search for that perfect home or buyer and negotiating the best terms.”

Determined, trustworthy, efficient, patient and upbeat, Nadia knows first-hand that a typical day selling residential real estate is usually anything but typical – and she relishes the unexpected nature of the business. “You can always count on your scheduled day having a few changes,” she says. “But I love that every day is different.”

Nadia is originally from Tyler, Texas. She earned a degree in nutrition and dance from the University of Houston, with a minor in American Sign Language. Nadia’s family believes in giving back to the community and they support Triangle Community Outreach and Family Point Resources. These organizations provide educational classes, sports camps and life skills classes for under-privileged children.

In addition to servicing her real estate clients, Nadia enjoys spending time with her husband, infant daughter, family, running, kick-boxing, watching movies, traveling and shopping.
