Originally from Colorado, Monica Penwell spent many years working in the political arena in DC prior to settling on Maryland’s Eastern Shore in 1989. Having raised her three children in St. Michaels, she can confidently say it’s a market that she not only knows well, but she knows what makes Talbot County the best place to call home.

Monica is a full-time real estate agent with her Associate Broker’s license. With more than 15 years in the business, she is known for her exceptional knowledge, service, and dedication to her community. Monica previously managed the St. Michaels office of Meredith Fine Properties.

Monica and her husband are actively involved in the sailing community, especially the log canoe fleet, and Christmas in St. Michaels. She is a proud supporter of the St. Michaels Community Center and Habitat for Humanity.
