A native Rhode Islander, Monica was raised in Warwick, but has been a Narragansett resident for over 20 years. Upon graduating from Trinity College in Connecticut, Monica worked in Boston and New York prior to pursuing an MBA at Babson College. The majority of her career has been spent in Rhode Island working in strategic human resources, vendor management & contract negotiations, and talent acquisition at CVS Health and Bank of America. Monica has most recently been working independently as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and Strategic Consultant.
Monica’s love of real estate started in college when she majored in art history with a focus on architecture, while also minoring in legal studies. Monica truly enjoys connecting with people and listening to their interests and is excited to support her clients in their pursuit in finding the right real estate property given their needs and wants. Monica looks forward to leveraging her professional human resources & operations experience, along with her strategic thinking, creativity, business acumen, and expansive network, in serving her real estate clients, so they can make the most informed decisions.
Her desire to give back to the community started as a child when she attended Rocky Hill Country Day School in East Greenwich, where she later served on its Board of Trustees and Alumni Board. Monica has also been an executive member of the RISD Museum Associates and previously served on the South County Hospital Gala Committee, South County Youth Lacrosse Board and Busy Buddies Board. Monica can be found enthusiastically coaching youth and high school girls’ lacrosse and field hockey players throughout South County Youth and at Lincoln School in Providence.
Monica and her husband, Geoff, have three teenage daughters and a dog, Brody. Monica enjoys being active and taking advantage of all that Rhode Island has to offer through walks on the beach, attending farmers’ markets, playing golf, and participating in local pickleball leagues.
