Minouche Herrmann-Tross

Real Estate Professional

Minouche Herrmann-Tross is a North Carolina transplant by way of Colorado. She has been an award-winning real estate professional in the Asheville area since 2015 and was thrilled to partner with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in 2021 to elevate her clients' experience both in their sales and their searches to find their own piece of paradise in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Prior to her career in real estate, Minouche spent five years working for the local beer industry in the marketing department of Highland Brewing Company. Finding that her heart was no longer in beer sales, she found her calling as a property manager for one of Asheville's income-restricted housing buildings and eventually obtained her REALTOR® license.

Minouche delivers excellence, professionalism and luxury to her clients at every price point, from more affordable properties to high-end estates. She considers herself a “blue-collar” REALTOR® who is incredibly hands-on in sharing her knowledge of renovation, construction, repair and problem-solving. Minouche approaches showings with different eyes than many agents and has never placed a house under contract where she didn't first lay eyes on the crawlspace herself.

Known for her no-pressure reputation of gentle guidance and professional advice, Minouche prides herself on making transactions as easy as possible for her clients and keeping them on track when the crazy market often pushes buyers out of their comfort zone. She loves working with people who reside and work in western North Carolina, not just second-property homeowners and investors who see the area as a vacation spot. First-time buyers say again and again how much they felt comfortable and trusted that she had their best interests at heart.

Outside of the office, Minouche loves camping with her partner Scott, and their three teenage boys. When she isn't at home working in her gardens, busy tinkering with her Jeep or working on upcycling some furniture project, you can often find her at the Wagbar or by the river with her two German short-haired pointers. Minouche is also actively involved in the Haywood Street Congregation, a local church that supports the local homeless and low-income population, as well as those struggling with addiction and mental illness.
