Michelle Seward has been actively involved with the Denver real estate market since moving here from Michigan in 1991, but her family’s real estate development roots trace all the way back to the Alaska Purchase in 1867. “I was brought up in the world of real estate investment and am well versed on how investment real estate can be a great way to diversify your portfolio for passive income or retirement planning.” She used that knowledge as a foray into the industry over 20 years ago, developing her own successful investment portfolio - then expanded her business to help others do the same. With ownership experience in everything from single family homes, to duplexes, to 40 unit apartment buildings, her vast knowledge and open mind make her uniquely qualified to help clients strategically meet their goals, both buying and selling. Her passion for real estate transcends neighborhood, structure type, and client niches. Whether it’s the sale of a large investment or the acquisition of a buyer’s first home, Michelle always strives to make sure her clients get the most enjoyable, personalized experience possible. An avid outdoor enthusiast and runner, Michelle has learned how to adapt the perseverance, resourcefulness, and lessons learned in nature to enhance her ability to achieve success for her clients.
