Melody is a Southern Pines, NC native who has a passion for all things local. As a part of the Bell family who have owned and operated Pine Needles Golf Club and Mid Pines Inn for over 60 years, her love for the small town of Southern Pines runs deep. Her knowledge of the local area is an integral part to her success in real estate and helps her identify the needs of her clients. Melody uses the connections she has made in the hospitality industry to grow her own business. Having grown up in the heart of Southern Pines, Melody truly understands the towns very special lifestyle.

Melody earned her Bachelor's degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management at the University of Alabama and also graduated with a minor in Special Events Coordinating.Melody initially started her real estate career in 2015 while working with one of the areas top agents. Her attention to detail, extensive knowledge of the area, elegant sense of style and love for marketing and & social media combine to provide her clients and exceptional experience.

Active and connected in the Community, she has volunteered for The Episcopal Day School, is a current board member and part of several committees at the school including the Committee on Trustees and the Committee on Enrollment and Marketing. She also volunteers as the Social Chair for Moore Young Professionals, which is a network for young professionals in Moore County to connect and grow their businesses.
