In the competitive Washington, DC metro real estate market, Melody is known for being “calm in the midst of chaos” while diplomatically representing her clients’ real estate goals and financial objectives. Born and raised in Delaware, Melody is a business graduate of University of Delaware and has called Arlington, Virginia “home” since 1995. Nextel, MCI, Network Solutions/VeriSign and The Bicycle Exchange/BIKES USA are all on her resume; however, her most rewarding pre-real estate career success is the mobile yoga company she founded in 2006 (abellaYoga.com). Melody’s enthusiasm for helping people live their best life drives what she does daily as a trusted real estate advisor. When not working she practices yoga, meditates, runs and visits museums and bookstores. She also teaches one yoga class a week – aka BeerYoga - at Port City Brewing. A personal goal for 2023 is to get back on both of her bikes – road and mountain!
