When she started in 2003, Melissa gravitated toward first-time homebuyers. Her enthusiasm for helping people understand the process of buying a first home allowed her to create a plan of action for every client, helping them to realize their homebuying goals and dreams. Today, Melissa is available to work with clients at any step of the process. She is a skilled negotiator who is always available for her clients and knows how to make every transaction go as smooth and problem-free as possible.



Prior to joining TTR Sotheby's International Realty, Melissa spent 6 years with Meredith Fine Properties using her knowledge to assist with multimillion-dollar transactions in the luxury home market before focusing on her personal sales, which were just under $10 million in 2020.



Melissa grew up in Anne Arundel County before making the transition to Eastern Shore living. She resides in Easton where she enjoys weekends at the beach in Ocean City joined by her husband of 25+ years and their son and daughter. When she's not working or enjoying a weekend getaway, Melissa spends time running, fishing, trying new eateries and decorating. She is also involved with her daughter's Girl Scouts troop.
