Her experience with working alongside her husband Peter and their family building company RBJ Limited, along with having extensive experience in retail management, staff training and marketing gives her the skills to know what it takes to earn the trust and respect of her clients.

Melanie has two teenage children who keep her busy with rowing and sports. She loves spending time with her family and friends, going to the gym, keeping fit and healthy and embracing the outdoors.
