In addition, her experience includes working with national developers selling multiple product lines, from single-family homes to high-rise condos. She also has a vast amount of skill working as a property manager in Las Vegas, helping investors maximize their return-on-investment.

Scott's talents come from building a successful contracting firm for 35 years. While serving as the company President, He and his team won numerous state and national awards for exceptional client service. Scott's business career allowed him the opportunity to perfect his negotiating skills by working on both sides of thousands of transactions. Many times, as a buyer with vendors, and many more times selling products to his clients. Scott feels that understanding both sides of the sales process is vital for success.

Scott and Shari have been happily married for 40 years, and they have two children with currently only two grandbabies. With Kauai's amazing culture and stunning beauty, they have fallen in love with the island. They are passionate about helping others find their own island dream.
