Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in Abingdon, Virgina, Matt Brittain began his real estate career working for his family’s remodeling/vacation rental business where he gained extensive experience and knowledge in the real estate industry. Matt obtained his real estate license in 2018 and went on to earn the 2018 Rookie of the Year through the Golden Isles Association of Realtors. Matt’s goal is to exceed all expectations of every client throughout each transaction. He prides himself on protecting the best interest of his clients and being readily available to help in any way he can.
Having vacationed on St. Simons Island all of his life, Matt decided to make the area his permanent residence in 2012 when he became a professional golfer. He knew the Island was the ideal location to pursue his love of real estate and golf. Matt is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys showing clients the best that The Golden Isles has to offer.
