Mary Buck, a distinguished professional with a passion for real estate, embarked on her journey after graduating pre-law from the University of Michigan. Relocating to South Florida with her husband, Mary earned her real estate license and initiated her career at Merrill Lynch Realty's Delray Beach office.

Recognized as 'Rookie of the Year,' Mary's dedication and success led her to join the commercial investment branch of Merrill Lynch in Boca Raton. Following the sale of the commercial offices to a Canadian firm, Mary took the entrepreneurial route, establishing her own office in Gulfstream, Florida.

Specializing early in her career in builders, developers, and new construction, Mary has achieved remarkable milestones, overseeing the sell-out of several luxury communities for prominent, publicly traded builders such as UDC Homes, Engle Homes, DR Horton, and Toll Brothers.

One of Mary's claims to fame is her extraordinary achievement of completing 59 closings in one day. With well over a thousand closings in her illustrious 40-year career, Mary possesses a wealth of experience and expertise.

Mary's niche expertise lies in corporate relocations, where she handles confidential placements for C-suite executives and their staff. Her in-depth knowledge extends to in-demand neighborhoods, current market pricing, real estate contract details, local customs and laws, schools, and more. Mary ensures a seamless transition for her clients, leveraging her understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with executive relocations.

Committed to continuous learning, Mary expanded her knowledge through classes in architecture and interior design. Taking a brief hiatus from real estate, she worked with one of San Francisco's leading interior designers. Additionally, Mary holds a builder's license in her native Michigan.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Mary is deeply engaged in giving back to her community. An avid international traveler, she now shares her passion for exploration with her three granddaughters.
