Martha's professional journey has been nothing short of remarkable, spanning nearly four decades of diverse experiences that have shaped her into the exceptional real estate professional she is today. Martha's career kicked off on Wall Street after graduating from Vassar College, where she served as an analyst for SIAC. Her analytical prowess was put to the test as she meticulously navigated the intricacies of systems changes that powered the financial markets.

However, Martha decided to trade the hustle and bustle of city life for the tranquility of suburbia, joining a Princeton-based software development company in the technical support division. Her background in computer programming and application design proved invaluable when she later transitioned to a local law firm. There, she played a pivotal role in producing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive applications for managing documentation related to national products liability litigation and employment compensation claims.

It was during this time that Martha was introduced to the complex world of municipal tax sale certificates, an area that captivated her for the next decade. As the New Jersey Portfolio Manager for a Fortune 500 company, Martha was responsible for overseeing a sixty million dollar portfolio of tax sale certificates. Her duties included handling due diligence, auction acquisition, assignments, redemptions, and foreclosures. Martha built lasting relationships with over 500 tax collectors across the state and developed an in-depth understanding of the laws governing property transfer in New Jersey, leading her to pursue a Real Estate License.

Beyond her professional achievements, Martha is a proud mother of four adult children, all of whom attended Princeton Regional Schools from kindergarten through 12th grade. She has actively engaged with the community, benefiting from the excellent programs and resources it offers.

Martha's commitment extends beyond the professional realm—she is an avid long-distance cyclist who has participated in the Anchor House Ride for Runaways for the past 27 years. As a ride participant and member of the Anchor House Foundation Board, Martha has devoted countless hours to the cause.
