A life-long resident of Fort Wayne, Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University in 1987. He has been married to his wife, Cindy, for 26 years and they raised two children in the community.
in 1999, Mark acquired his appraisal company (Helmkamp & Swift, Inc.) from his mentor Robert Helmkamp. Mark has maintained his real estate license for over 30 years but his specialty for most of this time has been as a residential appraiser. Mark brings a wealth of valuable knowledge and experience in the residential real estate industry to Encore Sotheby's International Realty, The Lynn Reecer Team and most importantly, to our valuable clients.
