The real estate business has been a part of Marisa's family for three generations - her grandfather, father, and brother are real estate developers. Marisa leveraged her industry knowledge into a successful career working in new home developments throughout Kansas and Texas. She has extensive experience selling new homes and managing new home developments, and she works closely with developers, builders, buyers and sellers. Marisa was nominated for Rookie of the Year award when she began her real estate career in 1997. Soon after she became a multimillion dollar sales producer, a President's Club award winner and a Master's Circle award winner. She's a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, Greater Fort Worth Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors and Kansas Association of Realtors. Marisa is also a Certified Residential Specialist and New Homes Specialist. Marisa holds a BS degree in Business Management and graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City where she studied Music Theater and Vocal Performance. She is duly licensed as a real estate broker in both Texas and Kansas, and she resides in Dallas, Texas. One of the luxury residential projects that Marisa is involved with is La Cantera at Team Ranch in Ft. Worth, which has been featured in Kaleidoscope of Homes. Marisa enjoys spending time with her family, friends, her black lab, Coco and traveling.
