Maria has enjoyed selling real estate in the picturesque Coachella Valley for over ten years. Her proven track record, excellent people skills, natural charisma, and genuine personality always puts her clients at ease. She began her Real Estate career as a Loan Officer in 2004 in Orange County, where she was born and raised. The experiences gained in advising her clients through the home loan process are still valuable to this day, as she expertly navigates her clients through what can seem a complex and lengthy process when buying or selling a home.
Maria’s clients also benefit from her great eye for style and design. She is easily able to enhance listings with staging, which consistently help listed properties sell faster and for top dollar. This talent also lends itself well for overseeing all aspects of marketing for her team through various online and print platforms and always include professional photography, video and design.
Maria is passionate about supporting many philanthropic causes, both locally and nationally. Some of the Coachella Valley organizations she’s proud to support are: FIND Food Bank, Pegasus Therapeutic Riding Academy, Humane Society of the Desert, McCallum Theater, and Desert Theater Ensemble. In her free time, Maria enjoys quality time with her friends, family and pets. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, hiking, Gyrotonic, and reading.
