Major Easthagen has an extensive track record of success. After proudly serving our country in the United States Army and receiving a countless number of medals and badges, Major returned home to the U.S. and worked for Johnson & Johnson Vistakon. While there, he worked for the sales and marketing team as a branding specialist, overseeing programs for brand-specific launch programs.

Shortly after, Major brought his expertise to Sankyo Pharmaceuticals and Forest Laboratories, where he served as a program manager for the launch of the product Benicar. He successfully implemented different marketing strategies for the product, which captured 20 percent of the market share during its launch.

Major earned a degree in public health from the University of Colorado and then took on the role of regional manager at Luxottica Retail, a global leader in eye health. He oversaw a team of several optometric doctors, opticians and eye care professionals. Major managed patient care and created programs that successfully aligned with corporate goals. He was a top performing regional manager from 2011 to 2015.
