For Maggie Turner, the more character the better, so you'll often find her in and around Downtown , Old North End, Patty Jewett, Kitty Hawk, Shooks Run, Divine Redeemer, Hillside, Westside, Old Colorado City, Pleasant Valley, Holland Park, Stratmoor Meadows, Ivywild, The Canon, Old Broadmoor, Skyway, and some of the other established, mature neighborhoods in Colorado Springs . She loves the charm, diversity, and history. Oh, the stories those streets and homes could tell...

Maggie's ideal client would have been Betty White, may she rest in power and peace. She knew how to laugh at life. She was always evolving. Growing old never looked so good! And Betty would have enjoyed a pour-over coffee just as much as a good ole' cup of joe from the neighborhood diner. Maggie is all about authenticity!

Maggie views the home-buying process much like her friendships. With her friends' best interests at heart, she pays attention to their lifestyles, interests, needs, and priorities. So like a trusted friend, she helps her clients to sell their home or find the right place to lay their welcome mat. And hopefully, she will walk away with a new bestie!

A Louisiana native, Maggie has enjoyed calling Colorado home since 2001. She hearts Colorado Springs something fierce. Its unique geography and various neighborhoods have fueled her passion for growth and development in the Pikes Peak Region. With a degree in finance, she geeks out about the numbers and helps her clients reach the best bottom line. Her background in project and relationship management informs her process as she guides her clients towards long-term smart decisions to fuel one of their most important life transitions.


She began her work in the real estate field with local Realtor legends Joe and Jennifer Boylan in the early 2000s. She then spent time working in the non-profit and insurance industries as well as living overseas in Asia. Maggie jumped in head-first and became a Full-Time REALTOR© in 2017, and now is proud to be in the top 6% of Realtors in the Pikes Peak Region. She is a graduate of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and supports community organizations such as Rocky Mountain Women’s Film, Citizen’s Project, Inside Out Youth Services, and Westside Cares. When Maggie is not cruising the streets on her scooter or with her clients, she can be found enjoying a great cocktail and the latest indie film at Kimball's Peak Theatre. Or you might catch her complaining about her sometimes volatile, love/hate relationship with her curly hair.
