Lynn Shepodd is a full time, fourth-generation Realtor®. As a member of the Greater Los Angeles Realtors® Association, she serves clients all over LA including, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz/Silver Lake/Echo Park, throughout the San Fernando Valley, and the Palm Springs area while based at Sotheby's International Realty - Los Feliz Brokerage.

Most of Lynn’s business is by referral from satisfied past clients. She helps her clients achieve the results they want in today's changing market. She loves this dynamic line of work.

Through Sotheby's International Realty, Lynn has extensive resources at her disposal. From start to finish, Lynn uses her vast personal knowledge of the Los Angeles area and offers enthusiastic personal care in every transaction. She also has a support team to handle all aspects of the job at hand.

A native of Los Angeles, Lynn has lived in Hollywood, the Hollywood Hills, Burbank, Pasadena, and Coachella Valley, therefore, has a holistic, familiar, and positive view of Metro Los Angeles. She is a graduate of the Marlborough School in Hancock Park and holds a bachelor’s degree from Antioch University. She serves clients in many areas due to her long history with the Los Angeles area.

Prior to embarking on her successful career in real estate, which to date has included hundreds of transactions and the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, Lynn was an executive director of three non-profit organizations, a staff representative for the California Senate President, a community lobbyist, and a small business owner.

The same constellation of skills that made Lynn an admired professional in other arenas has led to her being highly valued as a real estate professional. She is available to clients by cell, text, email, social media, and in person.
