Since the year 2000, Lynn Chamberlin has worked primarily in the Evanston/North Shore residential Real Estate market, but has sold homes all over the Chicago area. She has worked extensively, both as a buyer's agent and a listing agent. The ups and downs of the real estate market over the past 19 years have given Lynn experience and knowledge which allow her to successfully help her clients navigate the real estate market and accomplish their goals. Lynn was first selected as one of Chicago's Five Star Professional Professional Real Estate Agents in 2014. Each year since then, for six consecutive years, Lynn has been awarded this honor. Chicago Magazine along with Five Star Professional, partner each year in order to recognize a select group of Chicago area real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Agents are measured using an objective in-depth research methodology with significant focus on customer feedback and overall satisfaction. There are only 88 agents out of more than 44,000 active Real Estate agents in the metropolitan Chicago area who have earned this award for six years in a row. Meeting customers' needs is of utmost importance to Lynn, which makes her proud of continuing to earn the Five Star Professional Real Estate designation year after year. Ms Chamberlin considers that her main task is to educate her clients on what is going on in the constantly changing real estate market so that they can make the 'best' decisions for their personal situations. According to Lynn, 'I try to think outside the box and anticipate what might occur so that we can head off any major impediments to making the whole process of buying or selling a home as uncomplicated and as stress-free as possible.' Lynn's educational training is in music and theater from Indiana University and Roosevelt University. Lynn is an active member in the Evanston Chamber of Commerce. Lynn enjoys participating in volunteer activities in the community. She is a founding member of the Evanston Rebuilding Warehouse which is a non-profit organization committed to giving reusable building materials a second life and keeping them out of our landfills. Ms. Chamberlin is a life-long resident of the Chicago area and has made Evanston her home for over thirty years.
