Lisa Barros, a native Delawarean, joined Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013. Since that time, she has listed and sold close to $100 million in residential properties spanning the Delaware coast. She has consistently continued to build her real estate business by drawing on both her business and personal backgrounds. This has placed Lisa as one of the top ranking Realtors® within the county and coastal area. Lisa has earned the Five Star Real Estate Agent award every year since 2019. This award is presented for outstanding customer service and nominated by clients.

With degrees in Business Management and an MBA in Marketing, Lisa had a very successful career as an Advertising Account Manager for a wide range of companies, from small start-up firms to multinationals such as the DuPont Company. At this same time, Lisa developed an avid personal interest in real estate, buying and selling a number of personal and investment properties, as well as building several custom homes. In 2013, Lisa merged her business marketing expertise with her real estate acumen by obtaining her Delaware Realtor® license. Her attention to detail, exceptional listening and communication abilities, and superb negotiation skills have all proven to be invaluable assets to her client base.

In the past, Lisa has been an active board member of both the Central Delaware Soccer Association, Olympic Development Team and the local synagogue. Now that her three children are grown, she and her husband Brad, along with their two dogs, love living and playing on the Delaware beaches and can often be found outside enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
