After a successful career in the corporate world, Linda transitioned to real estate in 1983. She first began in New Home Sales, then Commercial Real Estate, followed by Exclusive Rental Properties a firm providing upscale furnished rentals for executives, production companies, movie stars, and professional sports figures. She leveraged her relocation experience to earn a position as Regional Vice President of Relocation for Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania for a locally recognized real estate company for over 15 years. In 2006, Linda entered real estate sales and general brokerage to focus on her true passion – assisting buyers and sellers in residential real estate. The Fredeking Team was founded in 2008 and quickly developed into one of the top real estate sales teams in the Baltimore, Maryland region. Recognized both locally and nationally as one of the area's top agents and relocation professionals, Linda and her team aligned with Monument Sotheby's International Realty for the strength of the brand, impactful marketing, and quality of its leadership and staff.
