In 2017 The Dobson Group was created, bringing together Liane’s real estate sales expertise with a professional stager and additional administrative support. “The team provides our clients with a seamless transaction from prepping and staging the home through the marketing, sale, and closing process. We handle it all.” Beyond her real estate expertise, Liane's clients benefit from her strong skills honed during a successful twenty-year career in branding, advertising, and marketing.
Liane's market area includes Somerset, Morris, and Hunterdon Counties, where she handles sales and listings in all price ranges with equal care and attention. A current resident of Mendham, Liane has lived in four different towns in her market area, giving her personal knowledge of the subtle nuances of the different communities. Having personally moved eight times, she can sincerely relate to the emotions, anxiety, and happiness, that go along with buying and selling a home.
Dedicated to exercise and good health, Liane's interests include running, spinning, weight training, and yoga. A former professional ski instructor, Liane loves the outdoors and is well versed in the spectacular recreation north-central New Jersey has to offer.
