As relocation director of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Leigh Massey Hayes is responsible for the overall management of the company’s relocation and referral department. Under her direction, the department has grown to be a profitable branch of the company that includes corporate relocation, broker-to-broker referrals and all web and lead generation sources.

Leigh began her career in 2002 and has held positions at an Atlanta brokerage firm, as well as on staff at Worldwide ERC®, the global trade association for the managed-move industry. There, she was instrumental to the organization's goal of developing business models and best practices for the industry, specifically in the areas of tax and legal, government affairs and real estate brokerage operations. Returning home to Atlanta in 2009, Leigh was delighted to rejoin her former brokerage owners at their new company - Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty.

Leigh is a native of Atlanta, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in international business from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate broker. She is a past president of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council and currently serves on its Advisory Committee. Leigh has also served on several Worldwide ERC committees and it a recipient of the Meritorious Service Award.
