Frank LaVerde has been a local builder for more than 35 years, and has been practicing real estate in the Atlantic City area since 2009. His hands-on knowledge of construction gives his clients in-depth insight on the value of a home they are selling or purchasing. He often maintains relationships with his building and real estate clients years after the purchase, sale or construction of their home. Katie Warren, Frank's daughter, came on board to help him run his real estate development company in 2014, as well as becoming a Realtor. Katie is a business graduate of Lehigh University, where she picked up valuable marketing and negotiation skills. Her work since then has been in the analytics and legal fields. Although they cover all types of real estate transactions, the expertise of this father-daughter duo lies in new construction, from laying the first block of the foundation to selling a client their custom-built dream home at the beach.
