Laura Ciucci was born in Manchester, England and grew up in a small northern Pennine town in Lancashire, England. She graduated from Glamorgan University in South Wales with a bachelor’s degree in geology and environmental chemistry. In 1988, Laura moved to the United States and established her home base in Carmel, California. She held successful careers in the San Francisco Bay Area as an environmental affairs coordinator for a national ink manufacturing company and as a consultant geologist for Fortune 100 companies such as Pfizer, Arco, and DuPont Chemicals. In 1992, Laura's love for the beautiful Monterey Peninsula and her attraction to architecture spawned the desire to both live and work locally. She made a career change, obtaining her real estate license, and made a very natural transition into residential real estate. For the past 30 years, she has been a broker associate with the finest Monterey Peninsula brokerages. Laura is a truly dedicated full-time real estate professional and a consistent, top-producing broker year after year. Her passion is helping people to fulfill their real estate goals. For that reason, she works with both buyers and sellers, actively listing and selling property in Carmel Valley, Carmel-By-The-Sea, Carmel Highlands, and Pebble Beach. Since 1992, she has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions. Laura specializes in residential real estate, vacant land, acreage, ranches, referrals, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, reverse exchanges, and properties with multiple-trustee interest. Laura's professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Monterey County Association of Realtors. She is also an actively involved member of the Carmel Valley Women’s Club. Kent became a professional realtor in 2005 when he teamed up with his wife Laura, a seasoned top producing broker for the company. The combination of their skills and knowledge truly complement each other and make for a most dynamic real estate team, evidenced by the volume of real estate transactions they are involved in together and the testimonials of their hundreds of buyers and sellers. A native Californian, Kent was born in North Beach, San Francisco. He grew up in South San Francisco and lived and worked throughout the greater Bay Area, migrating west to Santa Cruz for several years. He has resided in the Monterey Bay area since 1973. He is an avid golfer and has been a surfer for more than 40 years. Real estate is a second career for Kent, after he spent the last 40+ years in the construction industry. Kent has been involved in all phases of construction including underground utilities, commercial ventures, custom home building and development of raw land and acreage. Because of Kent’s many years of construction industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the real estate industry. His philosophy in helping buyers and sellers is simple. His goal is to provide the highest possible level of service and to maximize his clients’ dollars spent, whether purchasing a home, lot, acreage or investment property. Kent welcomes the opportunity to guide his clients in the most positive direction. Kent and Laura have called Carmel Valley home since 2000. Kent’s most recent construction project in 2021 is a beautiful custom Hacienda-style villa, Due for completion in 2023 it will the place that he, Laura and their daughter, Charlotte call home.
