Laura-Ashley Cuthill is a born and raised northern girl who took the voyage to Middle Tennessee for college where she has stayed and called home for nearly 14 years. While her northern roots are deep, she has found great family, community, and career-change in the Nashville area.

Laura-Ashley is a mom of two children, Johnny (12) and Mackenzie (11) with two bonus children Kenzie (8) and Kameron (6) and married to her better half Ben. Her Italian heritage always left her wanting a large, loud, and loving family environment, and over the last couple of years - her dream has become reality. Her children are involved in the highly competitive sport world of baseball, basketball, soccer and cross country. While she loves all the “hats” she wears, her greatest pride and joy is found in her own personal home with the 6 of them together.

When Laura-Ashley is managing the home, she enjoys volunteering as a Mom-Group leader at her local church, where she has led and volunteered for nearly 9 years. In addition, she volunteers her time coaching the high school cross-country team , high school track team and elementary school run club. When she is not giving back to the community with her time, you can find her running the roads with her running group as they train for another marathon. She is a 4-time Boston Marathon qualifier runner, where she continues to work hard and train to the highest level. She finds great importance and value giving her time back to the community, while pushing herself beyond her limits to reach her own personal goals.

Middle Tennessee State University was where Laura-Ashley received her degree in behavior studies and special education where she spent many years as a special education teacher. While her passion was found in the classroom, it soon shifted after having her children. She was blessed to be able to become a stay-at-home mom for 5 years before her youngster daughter headed to kindergarten. While she felt led to head back to the classroom, her recent purchases of investment properties spiked her interest in the Real Estate world. Laura-Ashley quickly received her associate brokerage license where this career change excited her far more than she could have imagined. Since then, she has found more ways to serve her community by helping buyers and sellers find their new homes near and far. While her biggest sphere is found in Sumner County, she continues to reach people all over the country. Laura-Ashley has taken her degree in behavior studies to help her love, shift and guide each client based on everyone's specific needs. Often, she is asked what her biggest success as a realtor is thus far, where she humbly responds, “I have received most of my business by word of mouth. People who know multiple agents have come to me , not because my experience is always greater than another but because they continue to acknowledge how hard I will work and how much they trust me. They say if they see me running 18 miles at 4 am, they know there is nothing that scares me.”

Laura-Ashley is the unique mix of all things northern and southern, with an undeniable passion for her family and community. At the core, she is willing to put in the work in all aspects of her life, and strive to be a better mom, realtor, leader, and friend.
