Joyce Bradfield // 1935 - 2021
Joyce Bradfield celebrated 40 years in real estate while quoting daily, “I love what I do and working with people I enjoy spending time with.” She established her company around a professional, positive, and joyful environment for the agents and their clients. As a native San Antonian growing up in Dignowity Hill, she loved talking about her local history, knowledge, and passion for its rich colonial heritage. One of Joyce’s many contributions to San Antonio was the piece of public art she created for Arbol de la Vida at Mission Espada. Joyce’s love for pottery began in 1973 at Southwest Craft center. The growth and progress of the seventh most populous city continued to inspire her along with the colorful culture of Texas. While teaming with Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, we continue to honor Joyce’s legacy.

She has been immersed in real estate her entire career with her mother, Joyce Bradfield, founding one of the most successful real estate companies in central Texas. Her father, Boyd Bradfield, was one of four developers of Stone Oak. Her brother, Jay, has been in utilities construction and residential/commercial development, and her husband, Alan, works on projects with designers, architects, and home builders in the floor covering industry. Kristy uses her creativity and savvy marketing to present a home with a sense of wonder. Connecting her family’s vast network with the right property has made for a fulfilling real estate career.

Ali Elizabeth Petlin // New York City Real Estate Agent
Ali grew up working in her grandparents’ real estate firm and is the third generation to enter the family business. Ali brings attention to detail and focuses on client needs in New York’s fast-paced real estate industry. She fell in love with NYC while taking summer classes at The Fashion Institute of Technology in high school and returned to the city during college as an intern for a fashion designer. Ali graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and had the opportunity to study abroad in Paris. After a successful career with a corporate destination management company in Manhattan, she transitioned to real estate. She is expanding her metropolitan market with a Texas real estate license focusing on her hometown of San Antonio, splitting her time between New York City and assisting her mother, Kristy.
