Raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Kristen Raye is a consummate real estate professional who places the utmost importance on trust, honesty, and integrity when working with buyers and sellers. Kristen has always placed quality over quantity during her years in the real estate industry and feels strongly about providing her clients with the time and attention they deserve to ensure a seamless buying and selling process.

Kristen earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton, Ohio in 1995. After graduating, she moved to Cape Cod, met her husband, Will, and together they purchased their first home in Harwich in 2001. Their own home buying experience inspired both Kristen and Will to pursue the real estate business, and they have worked together for nearly 20 years! Kristen has also spent many years as a lead teacher in a preschool classroom, where she shares her joys of learning and teaching with three and four year old students.

Kristen and Will have two teenage children, Ella and Jack, who are enrolled in both the Nauset and Monomoy school districts. As a family, they love spending time on the boat with their two dogs, Foenix and Chloe. Baseball and skating are both significant parts of their children's lives, and Kristen spends much of her free time in the skating rink (for which she has served on the board for many years) and on the baseball field, cheering on Ella and Jack.
