As a real estate professional, Kristen Betancur seeks to truly understand her clients’ needs and provide guidance through each step of the buying and selling process. She views the relationship with her clients as a partnership, taking a very hands-on approach so that her clients can focus on what is most important, building memories and living their best lives.

Her personal experience with buying, selling, and remodeling homes sparked her interest in real estate which led her to turn her passion into a career. She understands firsthand how overwhelming the process to homeownership can be. Purchasing a home is a huge accomplishment and for many it is biggest investment they will make in their lives. Her goal is to simplify the experience as much as possible so that finding their dream home is fun and enjoyable.

Kristen holds degrees in psychology from both UCLA and LMU, skills which have provided useful in working with her clients. Before embarking on a career in real estate, Kristen worked in the fitness world for over a decade, where she owned and managed a Pilates studio for many years.

Outside of real estate, Kristen is an avid traveler. She has traveled to five continents and 25 countries, to date! She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, from hiking to Pilates to tennis.
