Kim is a Philadelphia native with a great love of the area and a very rich and in-depth understanding of every aspect of the city and surrounding neighborhoods. She is a sales associate at Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty and has 18 years of real estate experience. She is a second-generation realtor. Her father Matthews Williams, co-founded Wheeler Williams in 1952, which was one of the original Main Line real estate firms. Kim specializes in Chestnut Hill, West Mt. Airy, Center City, Montgomery County, The Main Line and downtown Philadelphia real estate. Kim is a “people person,” prides herself in her attention to detail and her keen negotiating skills. Her experience in sales began in the late 1970’s in the wholesale clothing business at The Eagles Eye and continued in the ‘80s in Institutional Investment sales at The First Boston Corporation. Kim is passionately committed to the City of Philadelphia — particularly the Chestnut Hill community, Center City, Philadelphia real estate and the Wissahickon trails in Fairmount Park. She focuses her interest on education and served on the Board of Trustees of Chestnut Hill Academy for many years. She currently serves as a board member of The Children’s Scholarship Fund and Need in Deed, and volunteers annually at the Community Clothes Charity.
