She spent the first part of her career in many different industries including Continental Airlines, but always dreamed of pursuing her true passion, real estate. Kim states, “I make myself available to my buyers and sellers 24/7. If they need me at midnight on a Sunday, I answer my telephone and help however I can. Believe me….it has happened.”

Kim spends considerable time and effort in gathering pertinent information when she is assisting buyers. She incorporates keen listening skills and utilizes a detailed check list of priorities which enables her to choose prospective homes that will best suit the buyer’s needs. Kim’s sellers appreciate her advice, honesty and treating their home as if it were her own. She does everything possible to yield the highest price by assisting in properly pricing the home through presenting CMA’s and recently sold properties in the area. Effective marketing is a must and she provides brochures and all other applicable methods to enhance the exposure of the home. She is hands-on making certain the prospective purchaser is a strong buyer and fully qualified. Once a home is under contract, she serves as the “Project Manager” for the transaction keeping everyone totally informed until closing.
