Growing up on a Homestead, in Alaska, has given her the “Can Do” ability to repair and maintain her home and rental properties, from painting to repairing a drain pipe. After growing up in the cold, she knew when she stepped off the plane on the first visit to Hawaii, this would be her forever home. She lived on Oahu for five years and the last 11 on the beautiful island of Kauai. Kauai is No Ka Oi!

Kim loves to travel and enjoys all outdoor activities in the sun and the snow, from the beach to the mountains. Golfing, SUP, cycling, hiking and skiing are a few of her favorites. Camping all along the West Coast was summer fun when her children were young. Kim’s daughter, Iwalani, lives on Oahu and her son, Yoshi, lives in Seattle.
