Hi, I'm Kim Eilers.

Is there such a thing as an East Cobb expert? I would be honored to say I am one. I married my Walton High School sweetheart, and we love residing in our old stomping grounds, with two children attending school in Cobb County. The East Cobb neighborhoods are the backdrop of my every day - whether taking kids to and from activities, socializing with friends and neighbors or showing clients potential homes. It is a privilege to be a Founding Member of the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Cobb Office.

ATLANTA KNOW/HOW
I love Atlanta. I even had the incredible opportunity to work as a full-time venue staffing manager with the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. Since that summer, Atlanta has grown by more than 2.5 million people, which, of course, has come with huge infrastructure and housing growth. Even natives are surprised with the changes of a neighborhood they haven't frequented since a child or even in the last five years. I am passionate about orienting newcomers on all that our great city has to offer and sharing my tips (know where to find 'The Big Chicken') and tricks (program the correct Roswell Road into your GPS - there are two).

Before joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, I was a top producing outside sales representative for a boutique clothing company.

IN MY SPARE TIME
You'll find me seeking adventure outdoors, including hiking the trails with my family - I especially love Roswell Falls and Sope Creek. I have served on a number of nonprofit boards and stay involved with other charitable causes.
