Passionate about turning houses into homes, I am Kim Crain, a seasoned Realtor with Joan Herlong Sotheby's International Realty. With a rich background in customer service and an eye for unique architecture, I've seamlessly transitioned from managing retail operations to serving as a Flight Attendant with Piedmont Airlines.

My journey in real estate began in 2007 in Charlotte, NC, where I honed my skills before expanding my footprint to Florence, SC, Charleston, SC, and ultimately finding my home in the vibrant Greenville real estate market. Holding current licenses as a South Carolina Realtor and a North Carolina Broker, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction.

Having moved multiple times due to my husband's career, I understand the importance of creating a space that truly feels like home. Over the years, my husband and I have personally remodeled six homes, including one in the desirable Greenville Country Club area in 2020, where we undertook the project with our furry companions - a dog and two cats.

Beyond my passion for real estate, I am an advocate for causes close to my heart, including the fight against human sex trafficking and animal welfare.
