Kim Quigley's passion for real estate, enthusiasm and warm personality make your search for the perfect home or sale of your property as easy and enjoyable as possible. Kim's objective is to provide you with professional and informative counsel that will help you reach your goals with the greatest results. Whether it is advising sellers as to how best to stage their homes to maximize sale price and reduce time on market or educating relocating buyers on the characteristics of areas across Monmouth and Ocean Counties, Kim ensures her clients receive detailed attention throughout the process. Prior to entering real estate, Kim acquired a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University and worked as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. She traveled through Europe and most of the United States and fell in love with Monmouth County where she now resides with her husband and two children. Kim has volunteered her time to the Little Silver Education Foundation, PTO and Nativity Church in Fair Haven. When she's not helping her customers achieve their real estate dreams, Kim enjoys traveling, exercise and spending time with her family. Kim's ultimate goal is to earn and keep earning the right to be your Real Estate Consultant for life!
