Born and raised in Santa Monica, Kim Bergenfeld’s path into real estate started at the very young age of 17. While attending college to earn her bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in finance and real estate, her career started at a commercial real estate development company. Since becoming a Realtor in 2005, Kim has worked with traditional buyers and sellers, along with developers and investors. These relationships have prepared her to help with many types of transactions and find the right properties for her clients. Kim stays current with the continuously changing market by staying on top of her education through a variety of real estate-related courses and by attending marketing seminars and completing other training programs. Kim’s knowledge of the local markets extends from all of the Westside areas to the Valley and also South Bay. Kim’s primary goal is to protect the interest of her clients and advise them throughout the process, whether buying or selling. The needs of the client are her top priority and with each transaction being so different her experience will yield the best possible results.
