Kevin Delmore’s real estate career has spanned both coasts, starting at a boutique luxury brokerage in Manhattan, specializing in downtown condominium and co-operative sales, and bringing him back to his native Bay Area, and joining Sotheby’s International Realty - San Francisco Brokerage in 2015. In 2021 Kevin represented clients in over $117 million in closed transactions, positioning him as one of the top producing agents within Sotheby’s International Realty - San Francisco Brokerage.

As an integral member of the highly regarded Gregg Lynn Team, Kevin spends focused time with buyers to find the perfect home for their lifestyle and coaching sellers to understand market conditions and prepare their properties to achieve the highest possible sale price. Kevin works directly with the team’s marketing and transaction experts to provide clients an unparalleled level of customer service and attention, ensuring their purchase or sale runs smoothly.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Kevin graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a double major in economics and global studies. Kevin has lived in San Francisco, New York City, Washington D.C., and San Sebastian, Spain. Kevin currently lives in Pacific Heights and enjoys traveling with friends and family, exploring new neighborhood restaurants, skiing in Tahoe, and hiking in Marin. He is always up for a conversation about cars, a passion since childhood.
