Kelly is the co-founder of Finnell Lee Homes and a Vice President of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Since joining TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Kelly’s integrity, discretion and attention to detail have built a substantial client-base almost entirely through referrals. She has earned the trust of friends and neighbors as the “go-to realtor” in AU Park, in addition to building an impressive sales record throughout Northwest Washington, DC and the surrounding areas.

She brings a diverse set of skills to residential real estate — Kelly is a savvy negotiator, a proactive problem solver, and a strong advocate for her clients. Kelly and her husband Rob have raised their four children in American University Park. She is an active volunteer at her children’s schools, including serving as a former PTA President and Board Member for Janney Elementary School. Kelly is also the co-founder of an annual community 5K that raises much needed funding for teachers and students at DCPS. An avid runner, Kelly has completed the Marine Corps Marathon several times.
