Specializing in luxury residential properties, Katie's career in real estate sales spans over a dozen years. Have studied art history, and with a keen understanding of high-end design and value, Katie realized early that real estate perfectly combines her love for the arts and business.

Katie resides in New York City, where she recently bought a new home in Nolita. Her ancestral origins are from the island of Chios, Greece, and her deep family roots in the shipbuilding industry heavily influenced her brokering acumen. Over the course of her career, Katie has developed deep relationships and an understanding of a high-net-worth clientele, helping them purchase prime properties for relocation and investment.

Growing up in Kolonaki, Athens and spending her summers between Mykonos, Porto Heli, and Patmos, Katie has helped highly selective clients purchase and sell some of the most exclusive real estate in Greece, from properties on Athens famed Herodou Attikou, one of the most expensive streets in Europe, to downtown penthouses, lofts, and exclusive island villas.

When helping her clients sell or buy luxury real estate both on and off market, Katie’s philosophy is simple: efficiently understand her clients’ needs and productively help them reach their real estate goals. She is an expert at marketing luxury properties and has deep consideration for high-profile clients need for discretion and privacy.
