Kathy was born in China and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kathy has been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years. She began her career in Sales with a Fortune 500 company and held several senior level positions, which have given her extensive knowledge of the market and industry. This experience and insight equips Kathy to offer her clientele a unique perspective and a competitive advantage in the ever-changing Bay Area market.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Kathy is able to serve a diverse client base while providing expanded opportunities to her clients with access to the international market. Kathy worked from Sales to Executive level positions not only because of her personal results, but also her ability to inspire her team and constituents.

Kathy has lived in the San Ramon Valley for 14 years where her two sons attended San Ramon Valley (SRVUSD) schools. She is an active volunteer at SRVUSD and a member of the Greater Bay Area Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, The Chinese Real Estate Association of America and a Food Drive Volunteer for the Chinese Newcomers Service Center. Kathy enjoys to travel, 'some' cooking, and professional sports.
