Katy is a native Texan but has held residences in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. She has earned bachelor’s degrees from both the University of Delaware, as well as the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where she majored in Graphic Design. After graduating, she ran her own custom art company for over a decade that provided everything from corporate branding and advertising packages to large scale commissioned artworks. In 2015 she shifted her focus to building development, residential construction, and commercial property management. Her unique background has created an invaluable perspective, allowing her to bring her clients’ homes to market in the most effective and profitable way.

In her spare time, Katy is a world traveler, plays polo, and is an avid supporter of many charitable organizations including The Boys & Girls Club, The Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association, Enduring Warrior, the SPCA, and Heifer International. She prides herself on living by the Golden Rule and believes the foundation of any relationship, personal or professional, should be rooted in honesty and integrity.
