With a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, Kate brings an added value to the home buying and selling process. A Realtor Associate since 1991, Kate worked for many years with investors, taking advantage of the growing real estate market in the Princeton area. Through these dealings with investors, builders and contractors, Kate has gained incredible knowledge and experience with negotiating skills and valued real estate purchases.
