Kate Meyer has been a well-proven, successful, and trusted luxury real estate professional in Baltimore city and county neighborhoods for over 25 years. Her experience and expertise have made her a top-producing agent year after year. Kate is dedicated to promoting and selling all types and varieties of properties with the highest quality of service. Her attention to detail is evident as she maintains a strong interest, dedication, and commitment to each client while creating lifelong relationships. Kate is a native of Austin, Texas, and a graduate of The University of Texas, where she majored in International Business with a minor in Spanish. She spent her early career in International Marketing and Advertising for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia. She later owned an Atlanta import retail specialty store and made it a local neighborhood success. Upon moving to Baltimore, Kate also owned a prosperous interior design business which coincided with her passion to focus on what she loves today in real estate combining the two professions into one. Kate began her real estate career at the well-known and respected Hill & Company Realtors, a privately owned Baltimore luxury real estate boutique. After many prosperous years, she was then selected as one of the original realtors of Monument Sothebys International Realty when founded in 2015. With her outstanding successes, she has been an exclusive recurring member of The Monument Club and serves as a Vice President of the company. Kate has also been honored to be named among the top 500 real estate agents covering all of central Maryland by Baltimore Real Producers. She is also a member of the Baltimore Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Kate, her husband, and their three children live in the Green Spring Valley area. She is active in many local and national charitable organizations. She also has and continues to volunteer and support her childrens various schools and universities. When Kate is not engaged in real estate, she enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, being with friends and family and walking her dogs.
