Meet Kate! Kate has been practicing Real Estate for over 20 years. She is currently licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and California. Born and raised in Rittenhouse Square, she spent her summers at the Ocean City beach and now resides full time in Ocean City, NJ. With her dynamic energy and creative personality, she helps Sellers, Buyers, Developers and Investors achieve their goal. “Matchmaking” off market deals is also one of her specialties. Kate can navigate any home sale or purchase in all price ranges from luxury beach front and waterfront bay property to first-time buyers, delivering a boutique experience with the support of a major international brokerage firm.

Kate enjoys collecting cool vintage finds, staging properties, cooking delicious Italian eats and playing tennis. She is involved in local charities. Giving back to the community comes natural to her.
