Along with her broker’s license, Karen holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law; a B.A. in French with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio; is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist; a member of the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors; as well as a member of the State Bar of California.

Passionate about performing, she is an active member of the Children’s Theater Association of San Francisco (www.ctasf.org) performing live musical theater to thousands of public school children each year. Karen is a competitive tennis player at the California Tennis Club, and a member of the singing group, the High Seas, an auditioned a capella jazz ensemble sponsored by the St. Francis Yacht Club. Skilled as a performer and speaker, she enjoys presenting educational seminars on a variety of real estate topics.
