Karen is a native Rhode Islander who is extremely experienced in the diverse real estate market throughout the state and nearby Massachusetts. Having represented thousands of buyers and sellers over her 40 years as a Realtor, Karen’s priority has always been to put the client's needs first. She has assisted first time home buyers make their dreams come true; home owners move up to bigger properties as they need more space; and owners downsize to a smaller property when they no longer have need of a lot of room. Her level of professionalism and service to her clients is evident in her success. She prides herself on the repeat business she receives from past customers and the number of client referrals she receives every year.
Karen is adamant in her business ethic of personal, face-to-face communication rather than relying on technology for all contact with her clients. Technology is a tool that she uses during her transactions, but she believes it cannot take the place of in person communication. Karen also believes in giving back and donates a portion of all her commissions to the Providence Veterans Medical Center, Transitional Fund to help assist homeless veterans find permanent housing.
