Karen joined William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty as a founding agent in the Berkshire Brokerage after owning her own successful firm in Great Barrington, MA. Born and raised in Redding, CT, she moved to the Berkshires from Boston in 1996 after living in Boston for over ten years. Upon arriving in the Berkshires, Karen served as the Development Director at Shakespeare & Company in Lenox for many years.

Karen decided to pursue a career in real estate in 2007, but had been building new construction homes in the Berkshires since 1996. She is a high-energy professional and is focused on delivering quality of service with integrity and creating trust with her clients, whether buyers or sellers. Karen prides herself on her attention to detail, and believes that, coupled with her extensive real estate knowledge, ensures that she is able to meet her clients real estate needs professionally, efficiently and personally.

Karen is a 1986 graduate of Boston University's College of Communications and has served as the President of the Berkshire County Multiple Listing Service and is an active volunteer with the Berkshire County Board of Realtors. She served as the Clerk on the board of Charley's Fund, fighting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and has served on the Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce Board and the Egremont/Alford Local Cultural Council. Her home is in beautiful Egremont, MA. Karen co-owns The Great Barrington Bagel Company in downtown Great Barrington.
